Modules

Each week ends with a file artifact you keep after the cohort closes.

Module 1 — Intake without drama

Capture systems used, roles involved, and the first disputed week. Output: one-page intake sheet.

Module 2 — Week maps

Translate exports into a readable seven-day grid with unpaid gaps marked in plain language.

Module 3 — Break and travel edges

Practice spotting lunch edits and travel that clocks often miss in German workplaces.

Module 4 — Remote and on-call stamps

Reconcile VPN, ticket, and badge trails when staff work away from a fixed desk.

Module 5 — Consultation scripts

Open with dates and deltas; keep tone steady when the other side disputes the math.

Module 6 — Hand-off packet

Bundle raw files, annotations, and open questions for counsel or internal review.

Nora Feldmann

Facilitator focused on workplace documentation habits. Nora previously supported works council briefings in Sachsen-Anhalt and now designs Cloud Workspace clinic exercises. She is not a Rechtsanwältin; legal questions are referred outward.

Course reviews

Module 2’s week map replaced our spreadsheet chaos. I wished Module 4 had one more manufacturing example.

Facilitator comments on my hand-off packet were precise. The clinic does not speed up employer replies—that limitation should stay in the FAQ.

FAQ

Is this legal advice for Germany?

No. Cloud Workspace teaches documentation and consultation preparation. For binding advice, contact a qualified lawyer admitted in Germany.

What file formats can I submit?

CSV exports, PDF timesheets, and redacted screenshots. We never ask for passwords to employer systems.

What is a real limitation of the clinic?

We cannot compel employers to produce missing logs, and we do not negotiate settlements. If records are unavailable, the course helps you document that gap—nothing more.

Can a works council join together?

Yes—see Practice Circle pricing and message us with your preferred start month.
