Cookies Policy
This page describes how Cloud Workspace uses cookies and similar storage on cloud-workspace.digital.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use browser localStorage for consent preferences. Together they help the site remember choices and, if you allow it, understand aggregate traffic.
Types we use
Essential cookies and storage keep security, load balancing, and consent status working. The site remains usable if you reject analytics.
Analytics cookies help us see which pages about overtime consultations are read most often. They activate only after you press Accept on the banner.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| cloudworkspace_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner | Until cleared (localStorage) | Cloud Workspace |
| cw_session | Maintains a basic session token for form abuse prevention when enabled by hosting | Session | Cloud Workspace / hosting |
| _cw_analytics | Measures aggregated page views after consent | 6 months | Cloud Workspace analytics |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use Accept or Reject on our banner at any time after clearing site data, or control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect form reliability.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts or images loaded from external CDNs may set their own technical cookies according to those providers’ policies. We do not load third-party marketing pixels by default.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics does not remove course pages, contact forms, or downloads linked from enrollment emails. You may see the banner again after clearing storage.
For personal data rights, see our Privacy Policy.
