Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may be available as described below.

Timeframe for requests

Send refund requests to info@cloud-workspace.digital within the eligibility period, including your full name, enrollment confirmation reference, and program name.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria above are met. If you withdraw after Module 1 but before the midpoint of a cohort, we may refund 50% of the tuition paid, less non-recoverable facilitator costs stated in your confirmation. Withdrawals after the midpoint are generally not refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom Practice Circle setup fees, third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf, and completed private office-hour bookings are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within three business days, review access logs and attendance, and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds follow the method used for payment (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds from the Stendal office.

Cancellation by Cloud Workspace

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights in Germany and the EU remain available where they apply and grant a more favorable outcome. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill credits outside the standard schedule.
